What is the Burrito Madre Loyalty Program?
It’s our way of saying thanks for being part of the crew.
For every purchase at Burrito Madre, you earn points you can redeem for burritos, quesadillas, and other rewards — plus you get special discounts and bonuses reserved just for Loyalty members.
How can I sign up?
Simple:
Download the Burrito Madre app (iOS or Android).
Register using your email address.
Activate your account and get 100 welcome points right away!
How do I collect points?
Every purchase at the register earns you 10% of the amount back in points.
For example: a 500 RSD bill = 50 points. Points are automatically added to your account as soon as the transaction is completed.
How can I redeem my points?
You exchange points for rewards directly in the app.
Currently, you can get:
Burrito coupon – 500 points
Quesadilla coupon – 250 points
Once you activate a coupon, simply show it at the register when ordering.
Do Loyalty members get special discounts?
Of course! Loyalty members always get lower prices compared to regular ones.
For example: Burrito in the restaurant 750 RSD → with a coupon 680 RSD.
And yes, you still get 10% back in points.
Do I get anything for my birthday?
Birthday bonus: Madre rewards you with 300 points.
How can I check my points balance?
In the app, under the “My Profile” or “My Points” section. You can see your current balance, purchase history, and earned rewards.
Do points have an expiration date?
Yes, but no worries – you have plenty of time. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. If you don’t use them within that period, they are automatically removed.
Can I use points for online orders or delivery?
Currently, points are collected and redeemed in restaurants at the register. We’re working on enabling online coupon activation soon, to make things even easier.
